We have moved to a new location! Our new address is 2033 Pennsylvania Avenue East, Warren, PA 16365.

Northwest Health Connections has a new place of residence. We are thrilled to have our new home. We have an awesome training room and offices taht are pleasant and personal. And now we have parking, which makes it a total success. In the near future (when things warm up a bit), we are going to be having an open house. We look forward to seeing everyone here and celebrating our new home.
