We thank you for the opportunity to provide training, technical support, and assistance during these cold winter months. It is not our policy to cancel trainings due to weather conditions; however, in concern for your staff and ours, we have rescheduled a few trainings when road conditions or visibility were extremely poor. Please know that if the weather is a concern for you and/or your agency, please call to discuss your concerns with us. This extreme cold and snow has caused unfavorable travel conditions. If you know your attendance is going to be low and would like to reschedule a training, we as HCQU staff understand, and we will work with you to get the training rescheduled as soon as possible. Safety for your staff and ours is our major concern.

The entire staff of Northwest Health Connections would like to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a prosperous, healthy, and good year ahead in 2004. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
